Description

🔷 Overview

Fe-STO wafer is a single crystal strontium titanate substrate doped with iron (Fe), exhibiting semiconducting behavior and unique electronic and magnetic properties.

Compared to undoped STO and Nb-doped STO, Fe-STO provides higher resistivity and is widely used in oxide electronics, spintronics, and advanced thin film research.

🔷 Key Features

  • High resistivity compared to Nb-STO
  • Stable perovskite structure
  • Suitable for oxide electronics
  • Magnetic and electronic tunability
  • Compatible with epitaxial thin film growth
