Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO₃) wafer is a multifunctional single crystal substrate widely used in acoustics, optics, and electronic applications.

With excellent piezoelectric, pyroelectric, and electro-optic properties, LiTaO₃ is an ideal material for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, sensors, and optical communication systems. It also offers high thermal stability and strong resistance to optical damage, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-power applications.
